When installing the Cannonball Stealth Starter for rigid frames, you to create space between the starter and the fender.  This can be done by cutting or entering the fender; however, this pre-formed aluminum plate provides a clean and neat solution.  Cut the fender using the template provided and attach it to the lower fender mount and bracket on the oil tank.
